Scope of Work:
The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all plant labor, supervision, tools and equipment, technical and professional service, materials, supplies and articles necessary for procurement and construction of the medical staff housing. The contact scope includes construction of (7) x three (3) storey building each with a gross building area of 1128m2. Each building contains 6 apartment units.
