Scope of Work:
The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all plant, labor, supervision, tools and equipment, technical and professional services, materials, supplies and articles necessary for the construction of Sea Club. The new buildings are to be located within the premises of Al Fanatheer Marina Development in Jubail.
The expansion work comprises of a Diving & Water Sport Club, Youth Club, a Bowling Club, Indoor Swimming Pool, Indoor Multi-Purpose Courts, a Daily Mosque and an Amenities Building.
