The scope of works to construct the main university building for total built up area is 16,740m2 which includes the structure skeleton & plumbing, HVAC & electrical works.  Development of site work total area is 38,135m2 which includes fire & non-portable water, electrical, asphalts, etc… With surrounding fence for 800m length.
