Scope of work:

Scope of works is procurement and construction includes civil/structural, architecture, electrical and mechanical works.

Three contracts spread over four phases:
Phase (MADA – 03) includes 48 completed units in Doha Dist, Dammam consists of 28 independent villas & 20 duplex.
Phase (MADA – 04) includes 24 completed villas in Shatea Dist, Dammam.
Phase (MADA – 05) includes 46 completed units in Doha Dist, Dammam consists of 26 independent villas & 20 duplex.
Phase (MADA – 06) includes 68 completed units in Shatea Dist, Dammam consists of 20 independent villas & 48 duplex.
